Few words from Mahima
I believe that everything is okay in the end, so any and every problem, no matter how catastrophic, will pass. I see hope and possibilities of a happier, brighter future in every problem story. This journey of going from problems to solutions, from misery to happiness - involves discovering and recreating oneself. At times, doing it by ourselves can be challenging and a little help can go a long way. This beautiful and fulfilling process can help us evolve into the best possible versions of ourselves, and I endeavour to do the same for myself and others through my work - always keeping the faith that the best is yet to come.

I met Mahima when absolute hopelessness had set into my life. At first I didn't know what to expect. Hypnosis was something I had only seen in movies. But it was hypnosis that brought me out of that rut. EFT and grounding helped me reduce anxiety and strengthen my intuition. I would go on and on, and Mahima would patiently listen. The warmth and love that she exudes always make my day.

I approached Mahima, as I was going through a restless phase emotionally. She recommended the Bars session to help me remove the stress and negativity from my mind. The session was extremely helpful, relaxing and emotionally uplifting and the way Mahima conducted the same was remarkable. Her approach to any person is warm, caring and friendly, so that you're totally at ease. It was a great experience and would recommend Mahima as a great person and therapist.
